Mattress Safe® products are the finest in mattress protection, made with the highest quality materials and workmanship available. We stand behind our product and offer a 10 year warranty to MattressSafe.com customers from date of purchase. Your protector is warranted for the first 3 years non-prorated with replacement at no charge and prorated 1/10 of cost per year thereafter. Your protector is warranted against defects in workmanship and material. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper installation or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty. The zipper portion of the encasement or item is only covered under this warranty for a period of one year. DO NOT IRON. DO NOT USE BLEACH OR ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING BLEACH. DO NOT USE BORAX OR ANY DETERGENT CONTAINING BORAX. IRONING OR THE USE OF BLEACH OR BORAX WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. Mattress Safe® is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
